March Blog Focus - Consistency

Hello again. I truly hope this month’s blog focus finds you doing well, continuing to take steps toward your 2024 goals. Last month we focused on building momentum to leverage movement on our goals. With that new found momentum, we can now begin to hone in on some consistency as well.
Consistency is key - without consistency new habits won’t form. New habits are a necessary component for achieving our goals. (Let’s face it, if old habits would help us get our goals accomplished, we would have already achieved them… so we need to try something new in order to make our goals a reality, no matter how big our goals may be.)

This month, as we talk about how to be more consistent (both with our goals and in all aspects of life where you want to have a little more consistency), let’s commit to a consistency challenge for this month.
Can you commit to doing one thing toward your goal, no matter how small, every day? I challenge you to give it a try. Every little step forward counts, so let’s dig in and get consistent together!
