Worried about not knowing the “yoga lingo” or what yoga props are used for? If any of these questions resonate with you, come join us for this 4-part Beginner Yoga Series.
In this series you will learn about what yoga is and is not. We will also practice some beginner level yoga poses in a safe space, and develop modifications for each pose to meet your body's needs. This workshop is open to everyone.
You must bring a yoga mat to class - mats are available for sale at the studio if you do not have one when you come to the classes.
The pass for this series covers all 4 classes in the series and is not transferable to other classes or series; the series pass covers all 4 classes in the series whether or not you attend every class – there will be no refunds issued as of 24 hours prior to the first class in the series.
