Chair Yoga (In-person)

Chair yoga is a form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  This style of yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.  It is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available.
Chair yoga is also perfect for pregnant women, anyone who works a desk job, and senior citizens, as well as individuals struggling with any mobility issues.

Props needed: 

  • Chairs are provided
  • Blocks are recommended

Be sure to sign up for the In Person classes at least 45 minutes prior to their start time so the instructors can plan appropriately.
