Chair Yoga (Virtual)

Chair yoga is a form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  This style of yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.  It is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available.
Chair yoga is also perfect for pregnant women, anyone who works a desk job, and senior citizens, as well as individuals struggling with any mobility issues.

Props needed: 

  • Chairs 
  • Blocks are recommended

For Virtual classes be sure to sign up at least 45 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you get the email with the class link.
