Restorative Yoga - 4-Part Series

Could you use a little down time to relax and unwind? Feeling stressed and looking for some peace and quiet? If any of these questions resonate with you, come join us for this 4-part Restorative Yoga Series.

In this series you will enjoy a relaxing hour long class in which the instructor will help you get into relaxing restorative yoga poses for longer periods of time (usually 7-10 minutes per pose) while being basked in soft music and candle light. It is a beautiful, calming and soothing class.  Once you experience it, you won’t ever want to miss an opportunity to take a Restorative Yoga class again. This workshop is open to everyone.

You must bring a yoga mat and props to the class – none are provided. Props needed for Restorative yoga include: 2 blocks, a bolster (or large dense pillow), 1-2 blankets or large towels, and an eye pillow (or a small cloth that could lay over your eyes. (Mats and blocks are available for sale at the studio but are limited in quantity.)

Classes will be September 11 and 18, and October 2 and 9, 2025 from 6:00-7:00 pm in-person at our studio. Register once for the series and buy the Series pass. (You do not need to sign up for each individual class in the series.)

The pass for this series covers all 4 classes in the series and is not transferable to other classes or series; the series pass covers all 4 classes in the series whether or not you attend every class – there will be no refunds issued as of 24 hours prior to the first class in the series.
