Ignite The Power Within
A 30-minute early morning yin yoga class with a little meditation practice sprinkled in during Savasana to help you start your day off feeling stretched and centered. An all levels class, this practice is entirely seated (on the ground) and requires the use of numerous props (blocks and bolsters especially, or things that can function like them).
