Great for all levels. This class has a gentle pace, and focuses on deep stretching and relaxation poses with props in a non-heated room. Most poses are done either seated on the floor or lying down. It is the perfect class to compliment your regular yoga practice by helping you to stay flexible and reducing stress.
This class requires the use of props (see below for specific props needed) - please be sure to bring yours with you to class as you cannot practice Yin without them.

Be sure to sign up for the In Person classes at least 2 hours prior to their start time so the instructors can plan appropriately.
