Yoga Nidra 4-part series

If you are like the majority of the people on this planet, you could use a little down time to relax and unwind. We live in a nonstop, chaotic world that often leaves us feeling stressed and out of balance. Sound familiar? If it does and you are looking for some peace and quiet, come join us for a 4-part Yoga Nidra Series that includes temporary access to our Sunday Night Relaxation class as well.

Yoga Nidra is the practice of yogic sleep – a guided meditation-style practice that allows the body to relax into a state of consciousness that is between being fully awake and being asleep. Think savasana on steroids. Studies have shown that 40 minutes of yoga nidra has a similar impact on the body as a 3 hour nap. Restful and restorative.

In this series you will enjoy a relaxing 45-minute class in which the instructor will guide you through a yoga nidra practice. It is a beautiful, calming and soothing class.  Once you experience it, you won’t ever want to miss an opportunity to take a Yoga Nidra class again. This series is open to everyone.

Just in time for the hectic holiday season, classes will be October 30, and November 20, December 11, and 18 from 6:30-7:15 pm in-person at our studio or virtually. Register once for the series and buy the Series pass. (You do not need to sign up for each individual class in the series.) Your series pass will also get you access to our Sunday Night Relaxation (Yoga Nidra class) from October 30 through December 21, 2025.

The pass for this series covers all 4 classes in the series and is not transferable to other classes or series other than as described above for the Sunday Night Relaxation class during the time frame of the series; the series pass covers all 4 classes in the series whether or not you attend every class – there will be no refunds issued as of 24 hours prior to the first class in the series.
