Gentle Hatha Yoga (In-Person)

Hatha yoga is a gentle and slow paced class that does not require any prior experience. Each posture is beginner friendly and done with the intention of restoring your body to a relaxed state of mind that can be carried throughout your day.

Props needed to ensure ease of practice and allows you to explore each pose safely and effectively: 

  • Straps (scarves, belts, or ties work as well)
  • Blocks are recommended

Be sure to sign up for the In Person classes at least 2 hours prior to their start time so the instructors can plan appropriately.
